Mayank Gupta (Managing Director)
 | A versatile mix of technical skills and leadership abilities, Mayank ensures that the EQ team consistently delivers high quality client service. After stints at HCL and SNS technologies, he has been working with Versata (formerly Trilogy) since the last five and a half years. His project and product management skills are employed in leading a team of 25+ developers spread across development teams, technologies and geographies. As the Managing Director of EQ, Mayank coaches the young engineering team in technology, functional domains and client communication. In free time, Mayank enjoys travelling and reading detective fiction. |
Gaurav Mathur (Head – Sales and Marketing)
 | Keenly interested in how people interact with technology, Gaurav is responsible for growing Brand EQ. Experience in working as an Area Sales Manager at Vodafone and as a Java Applications Developer at Verizon helps Gaurav to provide the necessary business perspective to the development team. After his engineering degree in computer science, he completed his MBA from IIM Indore with focus towards Marketing and Strategy, and is a DAAD Scholar. His hobbies include swimming and reading about history and business. |
